UAE READY TO WEAR ORDERS: we aim to deliver your order within 2 days. Delays may occur that are outside of Emicia Mai’s control. In the event that this occurs your order will be delivered as soon as possible.
We process and ship all our orders 6 days a week, with the exception of Fridays and UAE Public Holidays.

Can I contact customer care to get advice on sizing and fit?
Yes we would be happy to help you. You can contact our customer care team via email or you can look at our online sizing guide for more information.
How long does it take to make a "Made to Measure" item?
We aim to have all made to measure items delivered to you within 2 weeks. If for any reason the timescale is increased, we will inform you via email and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
Can I return a "Made To Measure" garment?
Yes you will receive a full refund for any made to measure items. To receive a full refund the security tag and clothing tags must still attached and the garment must be in perfect condition.
Can you alter my garment if it doesn't quite fit?
We do not alter garments, but we do offer up to a AED150 tailoring gift per item. You can then take your garment to your local tailor/seamstress and we will refund up to the voucher amount on proof of receipt. You can send us this via email.
Can I send other measurements or make a special request after ordering a item?
Yes, we are happy to take further measurements or requests via email. If for any reason we cannot meet your requests will will inform you via email and you may cancel the order if necessary without charge. You can also enquire before ordering an item.
How many "Made To Measure" items can I order at one time?
We would politely ask customers to initially order only up to two garments. This will enable us to see if the fit is correct before making any other garments. Our made to measure garments are hand crafted by our team, and we aim to create the best fit possible. If a number of garments are returned over a period of time, then we have the right to refuse future orders.
What is the difference between the "Ready To Wear" and "Made to Measure" garments.
Ready to wear garments have been pre-made to a standard size and are ready to be sent within 24hours. Ready to wear garments can be with you in 2 days. Made to measure garments may take up to 2 weeks.
Repairs: What if I have a problem with an Emicia Mai product?
Emicia Mai is happy to repair damaged garments that are a result of an approved production issue within 3 months of purchase. We unfortunately, cannot handle repairs that are the result of normal wear and tear.
Can I reserve an item that is out of stock?
Yes, you can send us an email if you would like to request to reserve an item. If the item then becomes available we will send you an email 24 hours before the item is available for sale. Please note requesting an item will not guarantee you the item, but we will do our best!
What is the cost of Shipping?
Delivery is free on all orders.
How long do I have to return an item?
Items must be returned 10 working days from receipt of your garment.
How do I return an Item?
You will receive a returns form with your item/s. Please fill this in and use the address label provided. You must then return the item using a postal or courier service of your choice. Kindly Note: the customer is responsible for covering the postage costs
Does Emicia Mai ship overseas?
